After more than 14 years of fruitful pastoral ministry both in Oregon and Arizona, Jill and I have a great opportunity to further expand the Kingdom’s footprint right here in Phoenix. Effective August 1, 2019, we officially launched Team English in order to serve with the nationally recognized ministry to men, Man In The Mirror.
For 33 years, Man In The Mirror has been helping leaders shape intentional plans to disciple men in over 35,000 churches across America, and now I get to serve as an Area Director for the Greater Phoenix region, with Jill right by my side!
If ever there was a need for Christian men to lean into their faith, discover their God-given purpose and potential, and lead out into our culture, it is now! And we have never felt better prepared or more called to serve in this strategic way!
Using a time-tested proven strategy, I will coach church leaders to create discipleship pathways for every man in their church. It is estimated only one in eighteen practicing Christian men in our city of 5+million, with hundreds of churches, are involved in discipleship (Man In The Mirror statistics). Imagine the opportunity we have for making real change.
“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Cor 3:18
